wildly late posting this as usual but... 4/20 was the 10 year anniversary of Stone Jones' album Walking Down F Street so we put it up on the streaming services to celebrate! The second single, "Love Of Mine", off of Matney Cook's forthcoming debut album "Natural Time" (Apr 2, 2021) is available right now on bandcamp, spotify, apple music, and all the rest.

Love Of Mine is a dang powerful love song, and stirs my blood everytime I hear it. When Matney first played it for me, I was surprised by the intensity of my emotional response, and playing it live with her has always been a thrill. It was also thrilling to hear this version she recorded with Ken Stringfellow for the album, and I'm glad to be able to finally show it to you all.

Natural Time is a lesson in patience and faith, and a sorely needed balm of optimism in this current moment. This song gets deeply stuck in my head whenever I listen to it, and serves to remind me to allow space for progress and healing. It reminds me to keep looking forward and that one day, this too shall pass. Thanks for such a beautiful song, Matney.
