I like to focus a little more on those arms in the month of April not only for my clients but for myself too.
One of those moments I wished the recording wasn’t on timelapse.
My little one decided she would join me for some Pilates after she saw me having fun doing the hip twist. 😍 👏👋
And yes! We high five or even high ten with our 🦶👣🤩
A lot of the times the best part of going through my recordings is that little face that shows up & talks to the video because she doesn’t know it’s on time lapse mode. Lol
