We’re keeping the fruit and veggie studies going! This carrot measuring activity had the kiddos locked in. They used cubes to measure each carrot and counted how many it took. Real hands-on math.They worked on math vocabulary too, using words like longer, shorter, longest, and shortest, and comparing the carrots side by side.We added a little science by exploring different vegetables through picture puzzles.

They even broke out into a drum circle using the carrots as drum sticks!

We started seeds today using the seed snail method. My TikTok algorithm has been full of gardening tips, and this one seemed too good not to try. The kiddos were so helpful with every step and were amazed by how tiny the seeds are. We stored them in a container that’s serving as our little greenhouse. Looking forward to growing some nice, healthy plants!

Egg-cited is an understatement! Our little bunnies had the BEST time hunting for treasures during our Easter egg hunt. So many sweet memories made!

Chick Adoption Day was a hit! After a few days of learning about baby chicks, the kiddos finally got to adopt their own fluffy friend! Each chick got a special name and big promises: food, water, and LOTS of love.

One lucky chick is even heading off on a big adventure to Hong Kong, we can’t wait to hear all about that trip!

Using The Color Monster, our kiddos are learning to name what’s going on inside, because “I’m mad” hits a little different than a mystery meltdown. Building emotional intelligence early helps little ones understand themselves, communicate better, and grow into kind, confident humans.

This weeks our kids have been enjoying some mud kitchen magic with colorful water, petals, and glitter. This type of play builds little hands, imaginations, and early science skills.
