Depending on the type of exercise you are looking to perform, it may make sense to train on an empty stomach. Exercising when your carbohydrates are low, like when you are in a fasted state, actually may improve performance during routine, intense workouts.

Burpee-over-dumbbell
Do a burpee in front of your dumbbells. Jump over the weights to the other side. That’s one rep. Repeat, with a jump in between each rep.
