Sunday night prep for the week means a Best Bath Shower unit loaded and ready for a morning job site delivery. We will wrap up 3 remodels with Best Bath units in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for pictures of the projects.

Finally wrapped up handrail and heating controls for a heated concrete ramp project we did for a customer. Just in time for the frosty cold weather. Heat will turn on when below temp and moisture is detected.

This house received heated floors in a bedroom and bathroom and heated exterior concrete.

You know something good is coming when you load some pallets from Dal Tile into the trailer. Stay tuned.

From one island to another, finishing one project and first client meeting on another. Start my day on Vashon for final inspection, end up on Mercer for a site evaluation and client meeting. Nothing like the PNW.

Day 3 and 4. Electrical changes made, pocket door framing wrapped up. Plumbing, Electrical and Building inspections moved along. Time for wall board and some mud work and finish the shower install.

Day 1 of a quick Vashon Island remodel. Lots of demo work both inside and outside of the house. Bathroom is ready for plumber to come in for the new shower. Ramp access the to home, larger bathroom and bedroom doors and a wheelchair accessible shower are the goals over the next 2 weeks.

Day 2 Update...cold and clear on the island today. Made more great progress with Retrofit Plumbing coming in to plumb new shower valve setup with our standard slide bar and hand held shower. Concrete landing for the EZ-ACCESS aluminum ramp system to connect to existing concrete pathway. We cut, removed and widened the end landing to allow for easier navigation onto the ramp.
