We meant to mention this during our awards but as with all good plans, things get missed once in a while.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our team, Easter Swing is a massive undertaking and does not happen without the support of our volunteer leads and access and safety team.

For the dance shoes, willing to hold onto them and get them to their owner but for the rest we are likely to donate. Please come by 2nd floor coat check next to ballroom. Please send us a message asap if something is your's and important to you.

The list of events that have swapped passes with Easter Swing 2026 is exciting and massive! Our competitors who place in the top slots will win one of the following (it varies by comps due to the total number of passes we have to distribute)!

We will email the event director of each event with your name and email, you must follow up with them as soon as possible and no later than 30 days before their event or the pass is invalid. You cannot transfer the passes or use them for any other year than the next soonest occurrence of that event.

Please, do NOT wait until the last minute to reach out to them directly!

Comp registration closed at 10am, 2 hours for our competition block.

We understand how this can present a challenge for some and do empathize but the rule allows up to print heat sheets, prepare our judges, judges-in-training, scorekeeping team, and DJs so we can run on-time and by WSDC regulation.
