Our Teen Performance Series starts today 4pm-4:45pm and continues each Wednesday through the 1st of July.

This 4-week teen performance small group training series focuses on strength, speed, and agility for ages 12-17 years old. Sessions include proper strength training techniques and speed & agility drills for overall performance development. The series is designed for the teen athlete, regardless of sport, as well as teens interested in general fitness.

Each team is guaranteed eight regular season games with all teams making a single elimination playoff bracket that follows the regular season.

All players will be entered into a draft field and captains will select teams on June 18. If you are interested in being a captain, please make a note on your registration.
