Kindering provides early support services to infants and children who have special needs and their families.

June is Child Vision Awareness Month. The World Health Organization estimates that at least one billion people globally have a visual impairment.
Kinderingβs TCVIs (Teacher of Children with Visual Impairments) provide services directly to families who have a child with a suspected or diagnosed visual impairment. TCVIs work with together with a childβs therapy team and family to provide education about eye conditions, strategies to access learning and development, and specific teaching of skills using alternative methods for learning when children are unable to access their vision.

Our therapist-led Summer Camp is designed for kids ages 3-6 and 7β10 who benefit from extra support participating in camp activities and peer play. In a fun, supportive small-group environment, children will build:

π Motor skills
π Confidence connecting with peers
This camp is a great stepping stone for kids who thrive with individualized support before joining larger community camps. Through adapted activities and guided play, children can practice important life skills while having FUN and making meaningful friendships.
