Good evening. Just a FYI, ladder can be dangerous. I fell off my 6' ladder 4' to the ground and broke my ankle. So we will not be taking calls for the next six weeks, unless the orthopedic releases me sooner.

Some people should not do ANY kind of Electrical work. Lamp cords to a switch by the kitchen sink for the sink light. No box, lamp cords, and the switch leg passes thru one box to get into the window casement.

Disconnecting power, in the hopes it can save the meter disconnects.

Plaza on Galvin St in Bellevue. Back wall collapsed and took out 4 of the 7 shops right now. We are going to be busy this Summer.

Another gem. In the owner remodel found 2 outlets in handy boxes. One had a handy box extension ring and still fell 1" from the drywall. This one in the picture handy box with 2 extensions, and the wires are barely come out of the wall. 4 outlets in this room done, 1st 2 PVC boxes were ok. Then the next 2, my goodness.

Love those do it yourself people. Over half have not a Clue.
