June 22 marks the beginning of National Pollinator Week, an occasion that is meant to celebrate the crucial role pollinators play in all ecosystems. Who is Brutus? He’s our ferocious (when it comes to athletic opponents) yet friendly Bellevue mascot! Over our University’s 60-year history, various artistic renderings of bears and people who’ve occupied a bear costume have worked to capture the spirit and intensity of our bruin essence.
