Looking forward to celebrating mother's Day with my amazing mother. She is such an inspiration to us all. A connector. A people person. And even though her heart's been broken many times she still is very happy as a person. She's a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend.

Thanks to for educating me on their smart glasses that provide light therapy throughout the day and into the evening. Looking forward to seeing how these improve the sleep, mood, and reaction time on myself and my patients.

It's always good for me to revisit this.. Build the home ( your body and soul) but be aware of how you are treating it and what you are exposing it to. This is my core philosophy.
