A Plus Computer Tech, an Bellevue locally owned business since 2007, is seeking a PC technician to work in-shop. This is a full-time position that will include training.

Desired Skills:
- Proficient in PC hardware diagnosis, repair and assembly
- Experience with software diagnosis and repair
- Customer service experience

- Virus & Spyware Removal
- Data Recovery
- Networking Solutions
- Wireless Networking & Security
- Troubleshooting & Repair
- System Optimization & Clean Up
- Server, Desktop & Laptop repair
- Hardware & Software Upgrades
- Data Transfer & Data Backup
- Consultation & Tutoring

Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Greeting, checking in, and assisting walk-in customers
- Perform service and repairs on multiple computers daily
- Input customer data, schedule on-site appointments
- Perform on-site service calls

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sense of responsibilities
- Excellent work ethic and time management
- Ability to work without supervision
- Positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organization skills
- 2+ years or equivalent experience installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting computers and computer systems
- Strong knowledge of PCs
- Great problem-solving skills

It’s not all bad news! A roaming volunteer cleanup crew came through and helped us get back up on our feet this morning. We’d like to give a great big “Thank You” to this and all the other volunteer cleanup crews helping out in our community today! We will be back to business in no time.

After a few phone calls, we were able to get our storefront boarded up. The broken glass will be repaired next week. Starting tomorrow, we will still be open during construction!

Last night during the unrest in downtown Bellevue, our shop was hit as well. We are closed today to clean up, but plan to be back at work tomorrow for normal business.

Don’t worry about us though! We’re a small minority- and veteran-owned business. We know what it takes to get through hard times, so this won’t keep us down too long! Stay Safe!
