We are a Self Storage & U-Haul company looking for a Rotation Office Worker with the ability to multi-task & complete the daily routine thoroughly. The position requires covering different offices when the Site Manager is not in the office. Our offices are in Belleville IL, Troy IL, & Mascoutah IL; although mostly you would work the Belleville or Troy locations. The job involves working with customers on payments, move-ins, move-outs, and U-Haul rentals. The job does involve working outdoors in all weather conditions for U-Haul & facility upkeep, so be aware that we all accept that as part of working here.
This position is part time averaging 20-25hrs a week, but the possibility of full time for a highly motivated & driven employee does exist.
The position will require working most weekends, but none of our offices are ever open past 5pm...so no nights, and the latest we are open on the weekends is 2pm. There will also be up to 3 weekdays worked depending on scheduling needs. We do schedule for the entire month, but extra days could be added due to emergency needs.
Potential candidates should have experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and some point-of-sale or retail software; and above all be good dealing with the public. Experience with U-Haul software will get you extra points over your competition.
