why am I like this 😭
I’ll have one simple thing to do
and somehow I’ll do everything except that
check my phone
scroll
think about doing it
not do it
and it takes all day
even though it would’ve taken 10 minutes
it’s not a motivation problem
it’s not discipline
it’s literally how my brain works
