We’re hiring a dependable Tow Truck Driver to join our team. While experience is preferred, we’re willing to train the right candidate. In this role, you’ll provide roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services while delivering excellent customer care. The ideal candidate is a skilled driver with mechanical aptitude who can stay calm and professional in challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

Operate tow trucks (flatbed and wheel-lift) safely to transport disabled or damaged vehicles

Respond quickly to service calls and arrive on time

Evaluate each situation to determine the safest and most effective recovery method

Communicate clearly with customers, providing reassurance and resolving concerns

Perform basic vehicle diagnostics when needed

Accurately document services, including vehicle condition at pickup and delivery

Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies

Inspect and maintain towing equipment for safe operation

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and ability to perform under pressure

Basic knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics preferred

Tow truck experience, especially flatbeds, is a plus

Valid CDL preferred

Must be at least 23 years old

Clean driving record required

Must pass a drug test and remain drug-free

Must reside in the Bozeman or Belgrade area
