Well both Lotus Cream Base and Half & Half can enhance your fizzy drink they don’t taste the same, let’s break down the difference! The Lotus Cream Base is made of pure cane sugar, Water, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Modified Food Starch, Whey, xanthan gum, malic acid, and less than .1% preservatives. It is not as creamy as half & half, makes your drink a bit sweeter, and blends perfectly into the drink without separation. Tried and true half & half gives a delicious creamy flavor and texture, but when mixed with some flavors (ex: kiwi or lavender) and/or sf flavors, sf redbull, it tends to curdle and separate (this does not affect the taste of the drink but looks a bit unusual).
