I am going to try the Raw diet for my dogs. I can't recommend it to anyone without seeing how well it does. So wish us all luck,I have 3 mastiffs just so you all know. Lol

A lot of you wonder why it's so expensive to have your matted dog groomed. What happens to your hair if you don't wash and comb your hair every day? It gets dirty and tangled. So if you have a long coated dog it has to be combed every week. The mats are close to the skin so it's hard to comb out or clip out, very painful for your pet.

We will be open this Saturday August the 17 at 9 am. Please call for an appointment. And remember, when we call its time to pick up your pet. We are not open all day on Saturdays.

Does your pet have bad breath? First, get an appointment to get its teeth cleaned at your vet. I can give you names and numbers;-) Second do you feed your pet dry food? No table food, no canned food. Just dry food. The dry food helps to break up tartar. And of course a good food helps.

How many of you would be interested in hair coloring for your pets? There are several different methods from chalking to semi permanent. Let me know what you think?

Did you know the biggest food allergy for dogs is chicken and corn? So if your dog has skin problems it is cheaper and easier to change foods. Buy a chicken and corn free food. It will take a few weeks to tell a big difference. Woods feed store in Cabot, Beebe farm and ranch, and several other local places sell the food. It does cost more, but the dogs eat less and p**p less.

If you have a pet that is shedding here are some tips 1) they need more omega 3(fish oil) give them one or two capsules a day. 2) use a slicker brush and brush them every day. If short haired get a damp cloth and wipe the pet down 3) buy a better food. Get something without grain or chicken. That includes treats. We can recommend some foods.
