Time to shine a light on your Beebe Junior High 8th Grade Band! 🔦

The 8th grade band went to concert assessment Tuesday evening and rocked it! On stage they earned a good rating and in sight reading they earned a superior!

This was their first contest as a group and we are so incredibly proud of the hard work they have put in. We can’t wait for them to join the high school band next year and continue in the great Badger band program!

They did it! For the first time since the 2017-2018 school year, the Beebe High School Band earned SWEEPSTAKES!!

Sweepstakes is when a group earns the following scores throughout a school year.

1st division marching band 🥇
1st division concert band 🥇
1st division sight reading 🥇

These are the highest scores a band can earn. We are so incredibly proud of the work that each of our students have been putting in the past few years. If you see a band kid make sure to tell them congratulations!

The next two days are big days for the Badger band! High school and 8th grade band will be competing in concert assessment at Cabot High School.

High School- Monday April 6 @ 8:30pm
8th Grade- Tuesday April 7 @ 3:50pm

Look at our 7th graders go! This is our brass and clarinet class. They will perform the piece they are preparing at the spring concert on May 5 at 6:30pm in the auditorium. Come out and support your Beebe bands!

Pre-concert Assessment will be Thursday March 12 at 6:30pm at Beebe Auditorium.

8th grade and high school band will be performing. Come on out and support your Beebe Bands before they head to contest in April!

Students from our 8th grade and high school band competed at solo and ensemble yesterday. They all performed very well and can home with some hardware!

Congratulations to the Beebe choir students! Noah and Abby are also in band! The fine arts department here makes sure you can participate and succeed in all the programs you are in.

Congratulations to our Beebe Choir members who were selected for the Arkansas All-State Choirs! These students have been working towards this since August, and we are so proud to be able to send our students to sing with the best in the state.
