Front and center, we’ve got a hearty enchilada loaded with seasoned meat, wrapped and baked to perfection, then smothered in melted cheese and topped with a vibrant pico de gallo. That cool crunch of tomatoes, onions, and cilantro gives every bite a bright, zesty finish.
On the side, a crisp garden salad with fresh lettuce, cucumbers, and juicy grape tomatoes and a fresh red apple to round out the lunch with some sweetness.
Paired with Welch's 100% concord grape juice AND low-fat milk, this tray delivers both flavor and fuel to keep our students going strong
