📸 Based in Alaska and Oregon, Takashi captures the raw beauty of the Last Frontier—from ghostly lynx gliding through winter snows to moose wandering pristine landscapes. His “Island Wolves” project bridges ecosystems, exploring Alexander Archipelago wolves in Alaska and the extinct Jomon wolves of Japan

Takashi is not only our culinary craftsman—he’s also a printmaker and a storyteller, bringing nature’s grandeur to life in his fine-art prints, gallery exhibitions, and printmaking studio .
