Coping tools for labor don't always have to include medications or epidurals. There are so many non-pharmaceutical ways to cope with labor. We recommend practicing your coping techniques ahead of time so that they're easy to recall in labor. For example, take a warm bath and dim the light, play your birth playlist or birth affirmations, and visualize your birth. What were some of your favorite ways to cope in labor?
