MiNGO Mission

At MiNGO we seek to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere of family and community centered around simple Italian food, wine and signature cocktails. Using locally sourced produce from the bounty of the Pacific Northwest, we carefully curate beautiful menus that reflect the changing seasons. To compliment our food, our wine list has a wide range of Italian varietals, Oregon Pinots as well as other northwest wines. MiNGO keeps the Italian food traditions and the Slow Food movement alive whilst displaying creative dishes from our own region and families.
