Water in the enemy of the home. Want to spot trouble, look where water will go. Is it pooling in the yard? Running off the wood of the exterior? Draining off the neighbors hill? Gutters leaking damaging the roof line? Polling up in the crawl space? ALL I have experienced in the last 20 yrs.
