One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to know our clients. After years of piecing rentals together himself, he told us finding our company made hosting stress-free. This surprise appreciation dinner for this doctors team was such a special one to be part of. 🤍

Every client has a different vision and different way they want their event to feel. I love seeing how each family takes the rentals they choose and turns them into something that is completely their own.

Back in February, Natalie and I met for a mock up session. We spent months planning and refining her vision. Natalie was so involved, even created the floor plan that guided our entire set up.

This didn’t feel like simply a delivery of rentals, it felt like we brought your vision to life. Thank you so much Natalie for trusting us with such an important day. Seeing it come together was so rewarding. 🤍

Sometimes the perfect design takes more than one mockup ✨

The first setup looked beautiful… until mom brought the dress swatch and we realized the colors weren’t fully matching the vision.

So we started over.

Custom ordered new napkins.
Took the fabric swatch to color match florals.
Tested black linen, ivory linen, gold overlays, and runners until everything finally clicked.

And the second we saw the black linen with the gold runner, we all knew.

Elegant. Dramatic. Perfect for her quinceañera 🤍

The atmosphere is everything 🔥 Tent set up, heaters going, soft lighting, and suddenly the whole space feels different.
