From concept to completion, we provided expert drawings and guided the permitting process to ensure a seamless transformation. Meet Stacey 🌟 Stacey joined our architectural firm with a wealth of knowledge and vibrant energy, making her an integral part of our operations. As the Accounts Payable Receivable Payroll Clerk, Stacey is responsible for financial and clerical support, ensuring the smooth handling of all billing related to accounts payables. Her meticulous attention to detail shines through in her daily and monthly maintenance of transactions and accounts in QuickBooks, maintaining accurate records that are essential to our success. 📊

Stacey's role doesn't stop there; she also manages our valued client accounts, ensuring they are handled with the utmost care according to their financial agreements. Her responsibilities include preparing and sending invoices, as well as processing incoming payments, making her a cornerstone of our financial operations.
