Change can be hard ... but it's really only as hard as you choose to make it. 😁

I think just about everything boils down to making a choice.

Choose to live life with a lighter heart. Choose to enjoy what you have and be grateful for the smallest of things - even if you may be hurting.

Choose to ask questions when you don't know. It's okay. Choose to approach a problem from a different point of view. Choose to act with kindness even when it might be challenging.

Choose to give the benefit of the doubt. Choose to trust your instincts. Choose to treat everyone as the unique individual that they are.

Choose to gain understanding. Choose to accept that everyone has the right to have their own beliefs - even if they differ from yours.

When every individual makes those kinds of choices, I think it can only improve the world.

Oh - and, when you make a consious choise, follow through. Otherwise, you have still made a choice, although an empty one.
