HISTORIC PRESERVATION 🏡 Congratulations to Griffith Moseley Johnson & Associates on the exquisite restoration of White Haven in Port Arthur. Carl Griffith and his team invested more than a million dollars, saving this historic home and bringing new life to Lakeshore Drive. The home is their new headquarters. GMJ offers strategic support to business, industry, and government.

Thursday, people came by the dozens to share stories of the home and see what Carl and Lori created! My colleagues and I were honored to attend on behalf of Lamar University.

"The Story of Spindletop." I had the profound honor of hosting a video about the oil discovery that changed Southeast Texas forever. Take a moment, and watch when you can.

This video was produced for the Texas Energy Museum and was first shared at their annual Blowout celebration.

My thanks to Pat Avery, Eric Sullivan, Kenneth Dupuis, Heath Hebert, and Travis Myers for their hard work and dedication to the project.
