Southern California Event Specialists Props AV, originally known as Props Productions, was founded in 1998 as a Mobile DJ Service.
In 2006 Props teamed up with a Hollywood Special FX Crew which led us to change our name to Props FX. In 2012 we opened up our retail and installations branch, known as AVLFX (Audio Video Lighting FX). Our graduation season has officially begun! The next couple of weeks for us are filled with commencement ceremonies and we are so excited to be apart of every single one. Yesterday we provided audio, video and live streaming services for Hemet High School’s 2026 commencement ceremony!

For audio we used 8 Event 26A Speakers and used an SQ-6 Mixer to mix multiple Sure ULX D4Q Mics and SM81 Mics for the band, choir and those who were speaking at the commencement ceremony.

We provided live streaming services for the ceremony by using a Blackmagic Design URSA Broadcast G2 camera and two Canon CR-N300 PTZ cameras, with a RC-IP1000 PTZ controller and a Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme ISO switcher. We then streamed the entire graduation on YouTube for friends and families to see their loved ones walk across the stage.

Coyote Fest 2026 was INCREDIBLE! We had the pleasure of working with our friends to provide the staging, audio, lighting, LED video wall and overall AV design for their end of the school year music festival called Coyote Fest 2026.

Using a combination of Focus Profiles, Rayzor 760s, Color Strike Ms, Rogue Outcast 1M Beams and Maverick Storm 1 Beams, we created a dynamic lighting experience using layered beam effects, vibrant colors, movements and strobe effects to enhance the energy and atmosphere of each performance.
•
For audio we used a line array system that featured 8 SARA-100s per side, which was supported by 8 SARA subs deployed in a cardioid configuration across the front of the stage and an additional 8 9004-AS subwoofers that provided long throw low-frequency and impactful bass throughout each performance.
•
Using VS3IP panels, we built a 16x9 LED video wall that was paired with dual 4x9 side wings. Together these LED walls delivered a vibrant and immersive visual centerpiece that elevated the stage design with amazing visuals.

This is a dramatized video created to raise awareness to the dangers of drunk driving. No one was harmed in the making of this video.

We have been honored to be apart of such an impactful production with BHS year after year and are grateful to be apart of their program this year as well! We provided both audio, video and editing services for their entire event and created a short film over night for them to watch at their assembly.

This Easter weekend we had the pleasure of working with the amazing people at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Yucaipa Stake to help bring their Walk With Christ art experience to life! By using drape and ElextraPix Pars for uplighting, we were able to make their beautiful displays and art work radiate all throughout the exhibition.
