Barb's is a nose to tail butcher shop offering the finest in Hudson Valley meats! We sell locally raised, grass-finished beef raised on Meiller Farm in Pine Plains, NY. Our chicken/poultry is organic from Freebird and we also stock Featherridge eggs! We make a wide variety of artisan sausages (pork, chicken, lamb and beef), we make hot dogs, we make a few deli meats and we make hot food every day!
