Great Seminar last night with Vlad Koulikov!

It was great having a wealth of knowledge like Vlad share some techniques and philosophy with us!

Congrats to the Tribe today! We had 2 squads competing between NY and NJ.

Our Kids Squad headed by Coach competed at the NJBJJF and did great! Congrats to Noah 🥇, Trevor 🥇 🥇, Alex 🥇 🥈 and Adam 🥈- We’re all super proud of our Youth Squad for such a fantastic showing! Special thanks to Coach Mikey Muscles for leading the way!

In NY, we had Joe take 4 Gold Medals across 2 Days🥇 🥇 🥇 🥇, Matt taking 🥉, Laina with the Default Double Gold 🥇 🥇 because she had no opponents(step up ladies 😉) and Chris had a great showing but didn’t medal.

Impressive results! Great work and Thanks for representing!

We’ll be hosting our annual seminar with Vlad Koulikov next Wednesday, April 15th at 6:30 pm

This seminar is free for all EGA Members and affiliate schools.

$50 for non members

All classes canceled for today.

Schools were released early, and after school activities cancelled.

Out of an abundance of caution, we’re going to cancel this evenings classes as well.

WE ARE RUNNING AN OPEN GYM FOR OUR STUDENTS WHO LIVE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE GYM.

Due to the Dutchess County Travel Ban and State of Emergency. We will be close today and there will be no Open Mat.

We will tentatively be closed through tomorrow evening.

If by tomorrow the travel ban is lifted we will open for evening classes.
