Beacon Summer Hoops

Beacon Summer Hoops has been around since 1996. Serving ages 6-18 the program has been a staple in the community for over 15 years.

It has provided a safe, developmental and competitive place for kids to play basketball during the summer here in Beacon.

Juniors, due to weather, the games will start 15 minutes earlier this evening. (6:15p, 7:15p & 8:15p). Please be there 15 minutes earlier to warm up!

Beacon Hoops is not going anywhere. We're still here waiting for the rookies to represent. There are still a few spots left for the 10-12 age group. And we are looking for the super 9 year olds that are ready to play at the next level. Signup now and don't miss a summer of fun.

Reminder there will be a special signup for Beacon Hoops today from 10:00 -12:00 noon at Memorial Park next to the basketball courts under the pavilion. Final evaluations start next week so to secure your spot in the program you will need to register before attending the evaluations. The next evaluations are Monday 6/4 Juniors 13-15 at 6:00 and Seniors at 7:00 pm. Registration forms can be found online at the cityofbeacon.org Download your applications and signup today.

Beacon Hoops lowest turn out ever. Rookie evaluations were held last night and only 10 players showed up. Looking for all the ballers to signup this week to have a spot in next weeks evaluation. The pattern is not unusual people tend to wait until the last minute but what happens is we have to make a decision on how many teams we can have and someones going to get left out. Don't be left out sign up now and enjoy playing basketball this summer. See you soon.

Due to Weather 8-7-17 Beacon Hoops programs and games have been cancelled. Rookies have been rescheduled for 6:00 & 7:00pm tomorrow 8-8-17. Juniors will follow at 8:00 and 9:00pm.
