HUGE thank you to all the supporters of The Beacon Lights program at Solstad House. We are so happy and proud to be sending another donation to Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary (). Today’s donation of $1417 brings our 2021 donation total to $2192 so far! 😲 wow!

Photographer Nancy LeVine () has a beautiful new installation called “Beacon In Quarantine” with prints displayed on dozens of Main Street storefronts. It is a photographic retrospective of last year’s unprecedented lockdown. Nancy ventured out last Spring in the height of the lockdown and photographed many of Beacon’s residents and their families, human and canine! Pictured here on our storefront are Solstad House owners Frankie and with our pack of senior aged rescue dogs. Nancy shares our love of senior dogs and we proudly carry her book, Senior Dogs Across America (). Be sure and take a stroll down Main Street to view this unique art walk installation this month!
