We hope you’re all able to enjoy this lovely day just as our good friend Tom is. Where do you go to find your solace? Tom is pictured in his garden which I’ve also been to and it is absolutely incredible! Lots of fresh fruits, veggies, and not to mention the lovely sunflowers 🌻 the peace and tranquility that you feel once you walk in there is truly an incredible feeling.

This right here is the ultimate motivation for me; knowing that you’ve been able to make someone’s day, week, life, etc. better. Being able to really make human connections is such an amazing and uplifting feeling and experience. You don’t need a degree or medical school to sit, listen, and have an impact on someone’s life who may be struggling. Help out your fellow humans and stay positive! 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Side note - I took up skateboarding this year at the age of 32 and it’s literally the best medicine. Nothing else matters when you skate, it’s the only thing on your mind and for that reason it is my new favorite hobby 🤙🏻🤘🏻🖤🖤
