Cross Bay service update:

Wednesday, 4/3/2024, Fire Island Water Taxi as of 1:00pm will suspend service to Fire Island due to high winds and coastal flooding. The last water taxi to return from Fire Island will be at 2:00pm

Please plan accordingly.

The Zipper Returns starting this evening, 3/29 from W. Sayville. Tickets may be purchased online fiwatertaxi.simpletix.com

Please remember reservations and pre-purchased ticket must be made for Monday morning trips.

Don't race home after Kentucky Derby. Enjoy dinner or another drink and let us shuttle you home after. Water taxi service between Pines and Cherry Grove continues tonight, 5/6/23 at 5pm until 10pm. We may operate later please call for service.

In addition to the Cross Bay Zipper. Tonight Fire Island Water Taxi will be available to shuttle passengers from the Pines to the Grove. Jump on the last Sayville Ferry to the Pines and zip over to the Grove.

The Zipper continues on Thursday evening.

Cross Bay Zipper will not operate this Friday, April 14, 2023. Our shoulder season service is in cooperation with Sayville Ferries and they will be operating a later Friday ferry. Due to ice conditions on the Great South Bay and the continued low temperatures we will be suspending service until further notice starting Saturday, 1/22/2022.
