Club Tru Blue was formed to continue friendships started at McKinley Senior High and build strong mutually beneficial ties between the school, the community, and its diverse alumni. We endeavor to provide a warm, caring, and supportive environment that encourages the growth of each member individually. We will sponsor purpose driven fun-filled events that impact a positive change within the community and encourages life long relationships.

Big congratulations goes out to Monica Johnson as the winner of a $100.00 visa and Daryl Blacher winner of tickets to the Saints and Falcons game. We Truly appreciate your support. Thanks to all who supported with donations to the Scholarship fund thus far. We still have a long way to go. I encourage classes to get together and show your support to our graduates. Happy Wednesday Family! The McKinley Alumni Association has started a Fundraiser for the Dr. Harrison D. Lawless Scholarship fund. This scholarship has been awarded to graduating seniors in the past. With your donation of only $5.00 you will have the chance to win two tickets to the Saints and Falcons game or a $100.00 Visa. We would like to raise 5,000 dollars this year. We have been able to raise $500.00 so far thanks to some former graduates 🎓 But as you can see we have a little ways to go. Let's push this thermometer up and over!!! Please make sure you contact an Alumni Association member or just stop by the Alumni center to make your donations today. We will also be selling tickets at this weeks McKinley vs Catholic High game. So sad to hear about my dear friend and club member Erika Dickerson has passed. She had such a beautiful spirit and touched the hearts of so many. The heavens have gained a precious Angel in you my friend. We will miss you. Rest in paradise until we meet again. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙😪Prayers go out to her family and her beautiful children🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
