My entire cooking career I’ve always said I wanted to be an executive chef I got there and felt like I achieved my goal I did what nobody thought I could and once I got there I realized I was burned from both ends mentally and physically I had no more goals no desire to get better or be the best anymore I had hit my ceiling.

After taking sometime away from the kitchen my desire to be the best came back I wanted to be the best again to be better than everyone and everything and now I want a star. Yes that stupid fu***ng thing I said I’d never even attempt to get or think about I can’t stop thinking about it I can’t stop wanting it I can’t stop dreaming about it. Im going to get it once I do I may put the knives down forever or I may go for another one. Im not sure what the future holds for me but I can promise you one thing.

My legacy definitely includes a Michelin Star

This is the beginning of a long awaited journey.
