I would like share with you words of inspiration from my sister, who now dances in the spirit somewhere around the throne of God.

TRUST THE SPIRIT WITHIN

When you are down and sad
Trust the spirit within to make you glad
It's aways around
Never down or with a frown

When you worry and fear
Trust the spirit within, it's always near
It can see and it can hear
It beholds each of us as most dear

Trust the spirit within to reveal what you need to know
Whatever you can do, wherever you can go
It is no respecter of persons, it is free for all
Be it creatures, humans, large or small
