I’m Lili Courtney, a Louisiana-based culinary instructor known as the “Queen of Condiments.” In fact, I had condiment line of artisan salad dressings called Delightful Palate. But today, I spend my time teaching local cooking classes in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Covington.
I’ve been cooking for over 25 years. As a stay-at-home mom, I spent my free time taking cooking classes -- and today, I share what I know with you.
