I saw a post that called us the tiny creatures on the wet speck. I actually love that. Our planet sits in the perfect little spot for us. What do you think/see when you look at a drawing like this?

It’s a Monday morning kind of Monday morning. So as usual I’m a little intimidated by the amount of work ahead this week and all the responsibilities of running a business, but also rested, refreshed, and energized to do my best. A big part of what we do as community builders is outreach. Sometimes that can be nerve-wracking, especially for newer agents, but it helps to have a structure, routine, and a plan, and to take a moment to calm your nervous system down with some silence, prayer, or meditation, a little exercise, and positive self-talk.
