Today, our leadership team attended the 2026 Louisiana Nursing Home ASCEND Summit in Baton Rouge to learn, collaborate, and explore new strategies for improving quality across our facilities. We were grateful to attend alongside members of the industry, sharing ideas and gaining valuable insights that will help us continue enhancing resident care and operational excellence.

We look forward to bringing what we learned back to our facilities and teams across the organization 🏥✨

Our 3rd Annual SAGE x TCHN Crawfish Boil was one for the books! From amazing crawfish and good music to nonstop laughs and quality time together, it was such a fun day spent with our TCHN family. Huge thank you to Gulf Coast Crawfish Company for serving up some seriously good crawfish!

We’re so grateful for our incredible nursing home staff, nurses, therapists, physicians, maintenance teams, housekeeping, dietary, administration, and every single person behind the scenes who shows up every day with care and dedication. And of course, our amazing patients who are at the heart of it all.
