All Public Tag Agent offices will be unable to process transactions during this time.

⭐️Why do I need the “Real ID”?⭐️

⭐️Can I still get the “Real ID”?⭐️
Absolutely! While the “deadline” has now passed, you can get the Real ID added to your license or ID at any time without a penalty.

⭐️Is my DL or ID invalid if is not a “Real ID”?⭐️
No! A non-REAL ID compliant license can still be used for driving and identification purposes, but it will not be accepted for domestic flight travel or access to federal facilities.

Our offices will be operating under new open hours beginning 01/06/25. All locations will be open 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Our Coursey location will also be opened on Saturdays 9am-2pm. All available services will be open until close. Check our website for services offered at each location. We kindly request that you arrive allowing for enough time to process your transaction before closing time. All required documentation and involved parties must be present before close to receive service.
