We all carry baggage—emotions, regrets, pain—that weigh us down more than we realize. But Jesus offers us a better way.

Bitterness and anger were never meant for us to carry. This week, we’re unpacking the heavy emotions that rob us of peace and freedom—and discovering how to release them into God’s hands.

We are not meant to carry the weight of bitterness and anger, but we can trade them for freedom and peace.

🛐 Takeaway Challenge:
Identify someone who has hurt you. Start praying for them—or ask God to help you begin. It’s time to lay that baggage down.
