What a great PMI Baton Rouge Showcase! 👏 This virtual session was led by Chapter President Emily Ward, PMP, CSEP, DES, VP of Professional Development Shahla Canafax, and VP of Membership Aymee Mallory, PPM, covering membership benefits, upcoming board structure updates, new volunteer leadership opportunities, and wrapped with an engaging live Q&A full of thoughtful questions.

We had a room full with 92 registrations for this session focused on the exciting things ahead for PMI Baton Rouge! ⭐

Congratulations to Mary Stein, our 2025 President’s Award recipient!

Mary is an incredible advocate for our community through her work with the East Baton Rouge Parish Library. Day in and day out, she works to connect people with resources that support learning, growth, and professional development across our region.

Mary has been a steadfast supporter of our project management community, welcoming us into the library for our annual Professional Development Days and speaking each year about the wealth of resources available to help our members continue to grow within the industry.

Her partnership, leadership, and passion for access to knowledge have opened doors, literally and figuratively, for our members. We are deeply thankful for her continued support and thrilled to honor her with this year’s President’s Award.
