May this year stretch my vision, multiply my wins
The best thing I did after having my first baby was STAY ACTIVE! A little cardio but mostly weight training & wearing my WAIST TRAINA 🗣️ the weight literally melted off!
The 2nd: breastfeeding resulted in so much muscle loss but I’m on It.. slowly but surely 💪🏽💪🏽
Mamas.. don’t forget to take care of yourself so you can be in a great place for your family.
Get your hair done.
Get your nails done.
Book the massage/solo date.
With this part of the journey.. it’s ok to be selfish & have something just for YOU ❤️

New year = time for a proper introduction.
👋🏽 I’m a wife to an amazing husband, mom of two beautiful boys, and I enjoy having a fun time out or a chill solo date in the city.
I’m a media agency owner who works closely with nonprofits & small businesses, a credit education professional with 7+ years of experience, and I work in admissions for a technical school, helping students take their next steps toward career success.
This year my focus is simple:

✨ invest in my skills
✨ build better systems in business (hiring a team) & in life (delegate household tasks.. send recs plz😅)
