Hey leaders… your team may not have an accountability problem. You might. 👀
That’s a tough truth, but leadership requires us to look in the mirror first. If expectations aren’t clear, follow-through is inconsistent, or hard conversations keep getting avoided, the problem may not start with the team.
It may start with the leader.

It still feels a little weird promoting my own book. But then I remind myself… the whole reason I wrote it was for people to actually READ it.
I worked really hard on this book.
Writing it challenged me. It pushed me outside of my comfort zone. And, if I’m being completely real, the idea of putting my thoughts, experiences, and lessons into a book for other people to judge scared me a little bit.
But I did it. 🙌
With a ton of help from Dominique Edmond, and with the love, patience, encouragement, and support of my family, I’m proud to say that I finished something I wasn’t always sure I could finish.
I wrote this book hoping that somewhere in these pages, something makes you think differently. Something challenges you. Something encourages you. Maybe something even helps you take the next step in your own life or leadership.
