Four students (both former & current) of The Actor's Gym with Wayne Pére played key roles in the creation of this short film - Lead Actress Rachel Whittle, Director & co-writer Ryan Chase Lee, Gaffer & Key Grip Andrew Evans, and Producer/Actor/Co-writer Robert Casiello. Congratulations to everyone involved.

Red Thunder's movie "THE LAST FIRST TIME" was entirely written, filmed & edited in less than 42 hours. It earned NOMINATIONS FOR 7 AWARDS including *BEST FILM* out of 61 competing teams' films at the 48 Film Project New Orleans 2013 Competition. Team Red Thunder consisted of 41 dedicated members who fought off physical exhaustion and outright sleep deprivation to effectively collaborate and complete this short film (including an original soundtrack & VFX) in less than 48 hours!

The Actor's Gym teacher Wayne Pére starred as lead character Igby Walters in the 1998 feature film Soundman. The film also included talented actors William Forsythe and Danny Trejo among others. Soundman went on to earn a nomination for the Slamdance Film Festival Grand Jury Prize (1999) and was the Winner of the Moxie! Award for Best Drama at the Santa Monica Film Festival (1999).
