Summer Meals @ the Library starts today! The EBR Schools Child Nutrition Program will provide FREE meals for kids and teens this summer at the following library locations.

We are so excited to launch the inaugural Safe & In Charge: Little Leaders class on Saturday, May 30 at the Jones Creek Regional Branch Library East Baton Rouge Parish Library from 1-3 p.m.! 🎉

This FREE class is designed for students ages 8–11 and focuses on building confidence through real-life safety skills and leadership. 💪🦸

Kids will learn:

🔥 Fire Safety & Escape Planning
📱 Online Safety Awareness
📞 How to Call 911

This fun, interactive class helps young students build responsibility, confidence, and the skills they need to stay safe at home and in their community.

The Jones Creek Regional Branch will close at 5 p.m. tomorrow, Monday, February 16, due to the Krewe of Shenandoah parade. 💜💛💚

All City-Parish offices, including all library locations, will be closed on Monday due to freezing weather conditions.
The Main Library at Goodwood will open at 9 a.m. Monday as a warming center for the public. It is the only library location able to do so, as it is the only one with a generator.
All library locations will be open tomorrow, Sunday, January 25, with regular hours.
