We are excited to announce our next project! We have worked with the Lil Butcher Shoppe over the last two years in conjunction with Longo Architecture to design a new 21,000 square foot USDA sausage plant. Totem Construction has teamed up with JW Chain Contractors to construct this new state of the art facility in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Awesome project, fantastic client, and great partnership!

Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees Baton Rouge - We are a week from our final inspections. Mini golf installation is happening. Artists are painting the walls and installing props. Really cool to see these talented guys work!

Surge is just 2 weeks from opening. Laser tag is up and running. Arcades are installed, and bowling lanes are almost complete. Check out the custom snake painted on the wall!

Pouring back the last section of slab at the new Surge Entertainment In Baton Rouge. Polish up your bowling balls. It won't be long.

Our facility and equipment makes boudin — it's not made of boudin. Please don’t try to lick the walls or eat the furniture. We keep all the flavor IN THE FOOD.
