Security and peace of mind are some of our top priorities, Here is another detail often ignored by other property managers.

Our homes are secured with Kwikset Smartkey Door K***s and Deadbolts. They are designed to be pick resistant and bump key proof, the most common break-in methods. Our locks are programmed for keys which have never been used on the premises. We use 3 and 4 inch screws to attach the striker plates to the studs in the walls. If someone were to attempt to use brute force and kick the doors in, they would most likely give up before the door would. Most burglars canvassing homes to break in to would probably pass up these locks in favor of old looking locks with antiquated designs and technologies. Yeah, they're more expensive, but well worth it.

With the addition of 16 newly installed LED security lights, these are now the brightest properties in the area. So bright that the neighboring properties are benefitting as well, helping to make the area safer and more attractive.
