Asking CNAs will they become a nurses
Asking Medical Assistants will they become nurses
Asking LPNs will they get their RN
Asking RNs will they get their BSN
Asking BSN will they get their NP
And so on STOP ‼️✋🏾🫸🏾
Everybody journey is different and some people are content with being an CNA, MA, LPN, RN or BSN. All titles are important and needed PERIOD ‼️‼️‼️

This CNA sh*t is wayyyy deeper than money 💸 (really underpaid for what we do 😤)… you gotta have a special kind of heart ❤️ to walk into a facility or someone’s home almost every day 🏡 to take care of elderly folks 👵🏾👴🏽 or even young people who can’t do for themselves 🙏🏽.

You really dedicate 8, 12, or even 16 hours ⏰ out of your day being the one they turn to 🤝, the one they trust 🫂, the one who becomes “MOM” to them 🍼… and then you do it all again, every shift ♻️.

If you’re not mentally built for this 🧠🧱, you won’t last. It comes with a lot of tongue biting 👅😑, a lot of hard work 💪🏽, and emotions flying everywhere 😭😩.

I swear I don’t wanna stop right here ✋🏽, but for now… this is the lifestyle 💼. I take it seriously 🧘🏾‍♀️, because one day it could be me or someone I love 🥺❤️ laying in that bed.
